Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with production planning software and other relevant tools.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
• Identify and address production challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
• Conduct regular audits of production processes for continuous improvement opportunities.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Working Location: Vung Tau City

Working mode: 6 working days per week, 26 working days per months upon calendar

Working hours: 8 hours per day
