Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Language: Proficient in English communication.
• Computer Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience: Prior experience in shipbuilding or related industries.
• Project Management: Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge: Familiar with technical standards and in the shipbuilding industry.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Technical, Construction and Project Management teams to ensure smooth execution of shipbuilding processes.
• Monitor the progress of shipbuilding projects, ensure deadlines are met, and promptly resolve arising issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Develop and implement detailed plans for each stage of the shipbuilding process, including resource allocation, manpower management, and scheduling.
• Organize regular meetings with owner to update progress
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers, customers, subcontractors and other third party to ensure accurate and timely work flow.
• Prepare periodic reports on project progress, costs, and any issues encountered during shipbuilding.
• Propose process improvements and strategies to minimize risks during shipbuilding operations.
